I am in the food service industry and have seen some interesting thing. One of my big concerns lately is the new sizes of chicken. Compared to 20 years ago it is almost impossible to buy a straight 4 ounce sized breast lobe. Instead it is a lobe cut off of a monster 3 pound chicken breast. The industry has discovered a way to feed and grow these chickens to enormous sizes in as little as 6 weeks. Got to be some hormones that are not necessarily good for us in these.
